How it works:
When you join Painted Porch Fitness, you will gain access to the private member area, where five new workouts are posted every week. Every workout includes scaling options to meet every individual's fitness level and ability, as well as alternative equipment options so that you can complete the workout in any environment.
Painted Porch Fitness programming is written so that you can complete it at any gym, as well as at home, in a hotel room, at a park, or in your in-laws basement.
Every workout will include information explaining the programming and intended stimulus, as well as demonstration videos for every movement and its scaling options. To get an idea of how this works, check out this free introductory workout!
Your membership also allows you to contact Adrian with any questions you might have about the programming, or for advice about personal movement limitations you might have (pregnancy, injury, medical restrictions, etc.).
I love PPF for a number of reasons, but one of the biggest ones is that Adrian approaches fitness with the honest belief that fitness can and should be for ANYone.
